		<description>humility in a President? We tried that. Failed policy yada yada. This is the era of change. We need pride now, of the inflated ego, smarter than thou type, unless it has to do with pride in our country.

		<description>Ike was the first president that I was really aware of, having watched the convention that nominated him in &#039;52 as the first television broadcast I had ever seen, when I was 7 years-old. (Imagine that: no TV for the first 7 years of my life!)

I always admired him as a result, and when I was old enough to learn about him as a general, I found that admiration was not misplaced.</description>
