You&#039;re right about cap and trade; it&#039;s whole purpose is to force green/renewable energy on us.

I wonder whether the Democrats really have such abysmal understanding of economics, or if they just don&#039;t care how much havoc they wreak.</description>

His windmill project will get a &quot;second wind&quot; if cap and trade passes.  That disastrous bill will jack carbon-based energy prices so artificially high that wind and solar may actually be able to compete, even with their current relative technological inefficiencies.</description>
