We are turning into a country of simpletons. Most folks don't care about politics let alone have the ability to even identify their states own reps. Maybe that's the answer, the next Republican candidate for president needs to be a jackass comedian! Maybe we can create a reality show, "Who wants to be president" and people can call in and vote people off of the show... who ever wins will be funded to run as an independent.
