Remember James Carville, the chihuahua-on-steroids Democratic Party strategist who came up with the idea of making Rush Limbaugh “head of the Republican Party?” He has issued a fundraising letter for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee which begins with this:
As President Obama recently said, conflict is like catnip. The right-wing media scurries over to it. They sniff at it. They bat it back and forth. They roll in it. They. Just. Can’t. Get. Enough.
They’re masters of manipulation. And when we let our attention get diverted from the real issues, we’re all in trouble.
Take health care: The Republicans have plenty of complaints but no plan, while our Democratic senators are hard at work on positive solutions. . . .
Okay, so let me get this straight: When Democrats put out the patently false claim that Limbaugh is head of the Republican Party for the express purpose of fomenting conflict, that’s “good,” but when Republicans and others (like me) oppose Obamacare, that’s “bad.”
Carville seems to like one-word sentences, so maybe he’ll understand this reply: Bite. Me. You. Moron.
